Application
These pumps are suitable for handling clean water not containing abrasive particles and fluids which are not chemically aggressive to the pump components.

Installation instruction
The pumps should be located in a dry and well-ventilated area with an ambient temperature not exceeding 40°C (as shown in Fig. A). To prevent vibration, the pump must be securely fastened using appropriate bolts on a stable and flat surface. Proper functioning of the bearings requires horizontal mounting of the pump. The diameter of the intake pipe must not be smaller than that of the intake motor. If the intake height is greater than 4 meters, a pipe with a larger diameter should be used. The diameter of the delivery pipe must be selected based on the necessary flow rate and pressure at the takeoff sites. To avoid the development of air locks, the intake pipe should be slightly inclined upward toward the intake mouth (as shown in Fig. B). It is important to ensure that the intake pipe is fully submerged and sealed.

Payment term
T/T term: 20% deposit in advance, 80% balance against copy of bill of lading
L/C term: usually payable at sight
D/P term, 20% deposit in advance, 80% balance of D/P at sight
Credit insurance: 20% down payment first, 80% balance OA 60 days after the insurance company gives us the report
Warranty
Using a serial number is a good method to track the pump and respond to user inquiries. The product warranty period is 13 months from the date of the bill of lading. If any manufacturing quality problems arise within the warranty period related to vulnerable parts and components, the Supplier will be responsible for providing replacement parts after both parties have confirmed the issue. The standard product quotation does not include the cost of any accessories. During the warranty period, based on user feedback, we will negotiate to provide vulnerable parts for maintenance, and some parts may need to be purchased with compensation. Any quality issues can be reported for research and negotiation.
